About Me…
Growing up with family members and friends in the film, TV, and fashion industries, whether it was in the offices of a broadcast television network or on set of a gory war movie, my favorite place to be was with the makeup artists. I would watch and absorb every move they made. From there, I began doing makeup for school plays, as it became clear very quickly to me (and my theater teachers) that I would not thrive on stage. As I grew older, I progressed to prom/event makeup and then to editorial makeup for photographers and designers in New York. I continued this through college at Pace University in Manhattan where I studied Sociology, Anthropology, and Art. I also attended Cinema Makeup School in Los Angeles where I studied various techniques in beauty and SFX makeup as part of their Master Makeup Program. Since graduating I’ve been working on short films, photo shoots, indie features, and producing my own short form content for social media. I now travel back and forth between New York and Los Angeles for work.
